Job Summary
Sr. Marketing & Business Analyst collaborates with Product and Paid Media teams to unlock insights from complex data sets, generateForecasts and dashboards, and transform raw information into actionable marketing strategies. Responsibilities include end-to-end analysis from scoping questions to presenting insights across topics such as channel performance, patient retention, ROI, and product adoption; partnering with Data Science, IT, Marketing, and Accounting to align on priorities; monitoring data integrity, flagging anomalies, and advising on solutions; translating technical findings into clear stories for varied audiences and building data literacy across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Ten (10) years of experience in analytics or data-focused positions
- Experience with Product Marketing including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Direct Mail performance analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and BI tools
- Basic knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with AutoML technologies or advanced analytics platforms
