Job Summary
Senior Email & Marketing Automation Specialist at Cardone Training Technologies, Inc. develops and scales revenue-focused lifecycle marketing systems across channels, architecting durable automation infrastructure, ensuring deliverability and compliance, and delivering executive-ready insights. Responsibilities include designing scalable email/SMS lifecycle programs for acquisition, onboarding, upsell/cross-sell, retention, and reactivation; building multi-channel workflows responsive to engagement and lifecycle signals; owning deliverability health, domain authentication, suppression management, and compliance; standardizing governance and workflow best practices; developing automated revenue streams with scalable architecture; reducing manual intervention through automation frameworks; refining segmentation, lifecycle definitions, and lead scoring; executing A/B and multivariate testing; analyzing funnel performance and communicating insights to leadership; surfacing trends and opportunities across campaigns, channels, and customer segments; and mentoring peers to elevate automation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation with demonstrated revenue impact
- Advanced expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Klaviyo, or equivalent systems
- Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices including authentication protocols, sender reputation management, suppression strategies, list hygiene, inbox placement monitoring, and compliance regulations
- Proven experience designing complex, behavior driven nurture ecosystems and scalable lifecycle frameworks
- Demonstrated success building automated revenue programs that increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value
- Strong expertise in A/B testing methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization strategies
- Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights and compelling performance narratives
- Experience integrating CRM, ecommerce, webinar, and payment platforms into cohesive automation systems
- Strong project management discipline with a systems oriented, scalability focused mindset
- Strategic thinker who proactively identifies growth opportunities and builds infrastructure that supports long term expansion
- Excellent cross functional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
