Job Summary
Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own marketing dashboards, models, and analyses that drive pipeline growth and optimize spend. You will build and maintain the marketing analytics stack, develop attribution models and lead scoring in partnership with RevOps, ensure data quality across sources, and deliver actionable insights through executive-ready summaries. You’ll collaborate with Growth & Demand, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to translate findings into clear recommendations, support budgeting and planning, and design measurement frameworks for campaigns and experiments. Strong SQL and BI tool experience (Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Hex), familiarity with Salesforce/Marketo/HubSpot, and experience with data stacks (Snowflake, dbt) are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex analyses to marketing and leadership audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related quantitative role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- SQL proficiency and comfort working with data directly
- Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Hex
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, and modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, etc.)
- Experience with attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and campaign measurement
- Familiarity with GA4, web analytics, and digital marketing data
- Proven ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting marketing planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and OKR setting is a plus
