Sr. Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

Analyze marketing performance across acquisition, retention, digital channels, and member engagement initiatives to drive strategic decisions and member growth. Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and business outcomes. Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders. Design and support experimentation and measurement initiatives, including A/B testing and segmentation, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all reporting. This hybrid role requires M/T/W in-office attendance at Boston, MA or Hampton, NH, with TH/F optional remote work. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of these locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, marketing science, or a related analytical discipline
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Marketing and business leaders to deliver analytics, reporting, and actionable recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance across acquisition, retention, digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including attribution, A/B testing, incrementality, customer segmentation, and marketing ROI
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics that improve visibility into business performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms
  • Experience working with modern analytics and marketing platforms such as Snowflake, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, CRM platforms, or similar technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives
  • Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally
  • Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth
  • Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, 'can-do' attitude!
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires regular, in-person work at our Boston, MA or Hampton, NH office
  • Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of these locations
