Sr. Marketer and Recruiter

Job Summary
Source and cold call active and passive candidates from various resources, including internet job boards and employee referrals. Assist with pre-screening processes by interviewing and screening applicants. Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with regional and branch management to understand and support their hiring needs. This role requires 4–7 years of prior cold calling/sourcing experience, with mortgage industry recruiting experience preferred. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with mortgage professionals at all levels while enthusiastically promoting the company to potential employees.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of prior cold calling/sourcing experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to utilize time efficiently
- Ability to independently source candidates using a combination of cold-calling, internet job boards, and employee referrals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interact with mortgage professionals at all levels of experience, both internal and external
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to enthusiastically promote company to potential employees
