Job Summary
Senior individual contributor in Compeer Financial’s Strategy and Innovation team who leads and owns market research driving strategic initiatives. Partners with senior leaders to define objectives, design and execute research, and develop actionable growth strategies. Applies market research to identify new opportunities (products, adjacencies, customer segments), conducts secondary research and benchmarking, informs strategic planning and resource alignment, and delivers client-experience insights to influence enterprise decisions. Builds thought leadership and executional excellence in rural finance and agricultural services, and contributes to innovation initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to advance organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in market research, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, business development, or corporate development.
- Expertise in Qualtrics survey platform strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multi-faceted research projects and deliver actionable, strategic insights.
- Advanced expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including Satisfaction/NPS measurement, panel management, UI/UX testing, segmentation, and interviewing/moderation.
- Advanced ability to synthesize complex findings into persuasive documents and presentations for senior audiences.
- Ability to build trust with senior leaders and external partners.
