Job Summary
Senior Market Access Marketing Manager drives the strategy and execution of market access initiatives, messaging, and materials to support Neurocrine Access Support, collaborating across Market Access, Patient Services, HCP/ payer marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver compliant, patient-centric access communications. Responsibilities include developing branded materials, websites, and patient support programs; leading cross-functional alignment and agency partnerships; managing annual projects and budget; developing field engagement tools/training for RPAMs and RDAS; supporting accuracy through MLR reviews; and aligning with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Payer Marketing to achieve business objectives and improve the patient/provider experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience with a focus on consumer, HCP, and/or payer marketing, patient support services, reimbursement communications, and market access marketing
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 6+ years of similar experience
