Sr Manufacturing Manager - Production Supervision

Job Summary
Lead daily gas turbine assembly cell operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production while managing manpower and resources. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with EHS standards. Track key performance indicators for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity, taking action when needed. Coach frontline personnel, drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles, and ensure equipment and tools remain functional. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years in leadership, and proficiency in ERP systems. Applicants must have legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing operations experience with minimum 5 years in leadership supervisory or management capacity within a complex industrial environment
- Proven experience leading frontline teams in high-performance, safety-critical manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP and manufacturing systems such as SAP, Oracle, MES, or equivalent platforms
- Eligibility Requirement: Applicants must have the legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Master's degree is considered an advantage
- Experience in gas turbine, power generation, aerospace, heavy machinery, rotating equipment, or other high-precision assembly environments preferred
- Knowledge of EHS management systems and operational risk management
- Experience leading transformation, productivity, or capacity expansion initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities using operational performance metrics and reporting tools
