Sr. Manufacturing Financial Analyst

Job Summary
Partner with plant leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to improve financial performance through manufacturing cost analysis, variance investigation, and inventory valuation. Support month-end financial close, balance sheet reconciliations, and budget versus actual monitoring while analyzing job margins and capacity utilization. Maintain standard costing processes, investigate direct labor, material, and overhead variances, and develop corrective actions with operations partners. Provide actionable insights on productivity, working capital, and ERP data accuracy to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, plant accounting, or operations finance
- Strong experience with standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis
- Experience supporting manufacturing plants or operations teams
- Experience with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost structures
- Strong Excel and Financial Analysis Skills
