Job Summary
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer sought to support production operations through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and engineering project execution. Focus areas include safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance; responsibilities cover process improvements, root-cause analysis, tooling and fixture design, capital projects, process documentation, PFMEA, NPI support, and leveraging CAD/CAM to drive manufacturing development. Candidate will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain to meet manufacturing objectives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Strong background in Lean manufacturing, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional teamwork is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or related experience
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
