Job Summary
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Tool & Die Machining – 2nd Shift to develop in-house machining capabilities for tool¨ lead DFM analyses, collaborate across design, upstream production, supply chain; manage tooling equipment procurement, implement lights-out machining controls, drive cost reductions, and support production/manufacturing ramp with advanced CAD/NX skills and experience in injection molding, die casting, stamping, and box build.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials engineering, or other engineering discipline
- 6+ years of professional experience with high precision machining
- 3+ years of experience with CNC machining
- Willingness to travel (~15% normally, more during campaigns)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work 2nd shift: 3:30pm-2:00am
- ITAR eligibility requirements (citizenship/residency)
