Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes for manufacturing parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Interface with design engineering to coordinate new product releases, estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements. Support NPI and product transfer projects to successful completion while initiating value engineering projects to enhance operational capabilities and drive yield improvement. Identify and propose opportunities for out/in-sourcing, EOL management, and alternate sourcing. Support material localization projects to improve product cost, quality, and operational excellence. Drive productivity through automation and process enhancement while improving site safety through hazard identification and prevention.
