Sr Manufacturing Engineer - Inverter

Job Summary
Execute assembly NPI project execution plans from Phase 3 to Phase 6, managing product design reviews, DFM studies, line selection, and manufacturing process validation to ensure fast ramp-up within cost and time constraints. Introduce new machine and tooling upgrades to meet capacity targets while solving production problems and conducting process handovers. Lead inverter process know-how by collaborating with AME and suppliers to enhance issue-solving capabilities, focusing on PCBA soldering, ESD prevention, and cleanliness standards. Systematize and standardize inverter processes, including machine/tooling design checklists and DFM L&L documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of power electronic of motor inverter
- Understanding of electronic circuits
- Knowledge of automotive communication buses - mainly CAN/CAN-FD
- Experience with MCU programming is advantage (DAP, flashing of the system over CAN - vFlash, Diagra etc.)
- Understanding of electronic testing to support inverter electric testing, PCBA testing etc (funtional testers, insulation testing,etc.)
- Experience with manufacturing proceses of electronic (soldering, assembly, adhesive dispensing ,curing, pressing-fit,etc.)
- Experience of ESD prevention
- Experience of cleanliness controlling, familiar with VDA19.2 or GB/T 41481
- cleanroom of ISO class7 preffered
Desired Qualifications
