Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary
Control product documentation and specifications while interfacing with design engineering to coordinate new product releases. Evaluate existing designs for re-design efforts that improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and reduce cost. Estimate manufacturing costs and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines. Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to enhance product quality, manufacturability, cost, and delivery performance. This role supports RF/Microwave products within Anritsu's team developing advanced solutions for wireless, optical, and digital technologies.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE or higher
- A minimum of 3-5 years in the support of RF/Microwave products in an engineering role or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics, including the ability to understand circuit schematic, and trouble shoot electronic assemblies down to component level
- Demonstrated experience in being hands on and resolving challenging technical issues in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment
- Strong initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with RF microwave theory and manufacturing processes, including RF test and measurement equipment
