Job Summary
Define industrialization for products based on specifications, transforming designs into robust manufacturing systems while safeguarding quality, delivery, and cost. Provide work preparation expertise for shop floor issues, optimize production processes through continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing tools, and drive implementation of first installations with required feedback loops. Manage technical sequencing, calculate operation-level time, and specify industrial asset requirements for creation or modification. Create and update routings, BoMs, and standard operations, ensuring manufacturing processes are robust, reliable, and safe while running PFMEA/FMEA. Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team, participate in cross-skilled project works, and introduce manufacturing best practices to improve cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years working as a manufacturing engineer
- Industrial Engineer, Aeronautical engineer, Mechanical engineer or similar
- English B2 or higher
- Knowledge in GD&T and interpretation of drawings
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Knowledge and skills in assembly operations (drilling, countersinking, deburring, riveting, sealing, sanding, torque, rework, etc.)
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC)
- CATIA
- Handling of measuring instruments
- SAP
- Google workspace
- Effective communication
