The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, process validation activities, and collaborating across functions to enhance quality and efficiency. This includes leading continuous improvement projects, managing change, and mentoring other engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process validations
- Basic knowledge of applicable US and non-US regulations
- Proficiency in Manufacturing/Process Engineering principles
- Catheter assembly experience
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Knowledge of common office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in statistics, product, and engineering processes
- 3-D drawing skills in Solidworks
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
