Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Engineer sought to design, integrate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes. Will mentor Manufacturing Engineers and lead NPIs to completion, utilizing DFMAT and PFMEA, addressing manufacturability concerns with suppliers and customers to improve cost, yield, and lead times. Maintains knowledge of industry standards and best practices, assesses gaps, and implements corrective actions. Designs and maintains tools/fixtures of moderate complexity, transfers specialized process knowledge within the team, supports supply chain and quality in work transfers, creates EPS/manufacturing process docs, troubleshoots equipment to minimize downtime, and conducts training. Identifies metrics to drive continuous improvement, leads teams/projects as needed, and performs other duties to support the business. Employment is contingent on background screening and drug test; base salary range is $94,208 - $141,313 per year. Locations: WA, Kirkland.
