Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of general engineering experience
- Experience in the electronic manufacturing industry or related assembly environment
- Working knowledge of electronic components, drawings, and schematics
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of IPC-610 assembly requirements
- Familiarity with ROHS compliance
- Experience with quality systems like ISO9000 and AS9100
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and automated design tools (CAD,CircuitCam, Gerber viewers)
- Experience with automated assembly equipment (wave solder, SMT lines)
