Sr. Manufacturing Accountant

Job Summary
Prepare and post journal entries, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist in month-end and year-end closings. Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts while investigating discrepancies. Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring accounting practices comply with GAAP and corporate policies. Monitor internal financial controls and collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1+ years of professional finance experience in a manufacturing environment, and willingness to be present on the production floor. Fluency in English and strong GAAP knowledge are essential.

- 1+ years of professional finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to be present on the production floor as needed
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Familiarity with IFRS
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
