Job Summary
Senior Manager role leading warehouse and logistics for a new greenfield Drug Product facility; provides leadership to ensure warehouse and logistics processes comply with cGMP and regulatory expectations; author/review URS, design specs, and equipment/automation strategies; oversee material/personnel flow, cold chain storage, contamination prevention; collaborate with multiple sites and functions; hire and develop warehouse staff; develop training and qualification plans; manage SOPs and regulatory responses; lead cross-functional teams and drive project timelines and budgets; on-site with frequent travel in Wilson, NC
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
