Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Viral Marketing role is within BMG's Global Marketing team in Los Angeles. You’ll lead and execute viral, UGC-driven, platform-native campaigns to support music discovery and amplification; test and deploy new digital marketing strategies; manage creator databases and campaign logistics; monitor performance with MROI to iterate campaigns; collaborate with digital marketing, paid media, analytics, and artist teams; build lightweight internal systems for campaign execution and creator tracking; and actively use AI tools to support creative development, testing velocity, analysis, and optimization. The position emphasizes fluency with TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/Discord, experience with creator ecosystems, strong data/tracking capabilities, and a blend of creative and analytical execution. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
