Job Summary
Manage daily cash operations, maintain the Treasury Management System, and oversee debt compliance and optimization across multiple business units. Lead capital raise and allocation projects while supervising Sr. and Treasury Analysts to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs. Partner with Accounts Payable and Receivable to streamline cash flow, monitor debt covenants, and administer borrowing base reporting for asset-backed lending facilities. Coordinate with external lenders for documentation and manage issuance of standby and commercial letters of credit. Support treasury audits and develop automation tools within the Kyriba platform. This role provides critical strategic support to the VP of Treasury within Orion Steel Group's manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of treasury experience
- At least 3 years in a senior or managerial role
- Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and independently manage workflows
- Strong understanding of cash forecasting, debt instruments, ABL, and letters of credit

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CPA/CFA preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
