Sr Manager, Transport & Carrier Ops (EU)

Senior Manager, Transport & Carrier Ops (EU) leads operational execution and performance management for the European transportation network, coordinating inbound/outbound flows across facilities and PUDO locations, monitoring capacity and carrier execution, driving issue resolution, and delivering continuous improvements. Works with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, warehouses, and carrier partners to ensure reliable, scalable service levels and operational efficiency. Requires experience in transportation/logistics in complex environments, strong analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights, and proficiency in English with at least one additional European language. Beneficial background in e-commerce, marketplace logistics, warehousing, or last-mile/PUDO networks.
