Sr. Manager, Transmission Project

Job Summary
Lead the delivery of large-scale high voltage transmission and linear infrastructure projects from development through commissioning and closeout. Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholder relationships, including regulators, customers, and Indigenous communities, to ensure safety, quality, schedule, cost, and environmental objectives are met. Oversee project governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting while leading contractor and consultant procurement, contract administration, and performance management. Coordinate technical and operational teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Requires 10+ years of project management experience in utilities, transmission, or related linear infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of project management experience in utilities, transmission, substations, construction, or related linear infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with contract management, project controls, and construction execution
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required
