Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Testing & Cutover leads the global testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA releases, non-SAP ERP implementations, and DevOps/CI-CD deployments. Establishes enterprise-wide testing standards, governance, and controls; owns end-to-end test planning and execution across integration, end-to-end, business simulation, UAT, regression, and non-functional testing. Drives test automation, AI-enabled insights, and KPI-based decision making; ensures regulatory compliance (SDLC validation, SOX, GxP) with auditable evidence. Builds a high-performing global testing organization, partners with cutover/deployment teams for successful go-live, and continuously improves practices through automation and quality engineering across multiple releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience leading testing, validation, release, or deployment activities in large-scale ERP/enterprise transformations (SAP preferred)
- Experience leading end-to-end testing for SAP S/4HANA releases and non-SAP ERP deployments
- Proficiency in test lifecycle management, SDLC, defect management, and release governance
- Strong leadership of global, cross-functional teams across business, IT, quality, compliance, data, and deployment
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Xray, HP ALM, Azure Test Plans, or Zephyr; Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/pytest/JUnit
- Experience driving test automation strategy and AI-enabled testing capabilities
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance testing (SOX, GxP); CSV familiarity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- PMP, SAP, ISTQB certifications a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 15-25%
