Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Testing & Cutover leads the global testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA releases, non-SAP ERP implementations, and DevOps CI/CD deployments. Oversees cross-functional teams across business, IT, quality, compliance, data, and deployment to ensure disciplined testing planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness. Establishes enterprise-wide testing standards and governance, integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and drives test automation and AI-enabled insights to improve coverage, speed, and risk management. Partners with cutover, deployment, and business readiness leaders to ensure operational readiness and successful go-live, while continuously improving practices and reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 8-10 years in large-scale ERP/testing leadership (SAP experience strongly preferred), experience with SAP S/4HANA, test management and automation tools, regulatory knowledge, and ability to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience leading testing, validation, release, or deployment activities within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs (including SAP)
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end testing for complex SAP S/4HANA releases and non-SAP ERP implementations across multiple workstreams and regions
- Experience defining and governing global testing strategies, methodologies, controls, and entry/exit criteria across multiple testing types
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, HP ALM, Azure test plans, Zephyr) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, pytest, JUnit)
- Familiarity with regulatory testing requirements (SOX, GxP) and audit readiness
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-enabled testing/analytics
- Travel up to 15–25%
