Job Summary
Lead the global testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA releases, non-SAP ERP deployments, and DevOps/CI-CD integration across multiple sites. Direct cross-functional teams (business, IT, quality, compliance, data, deployment) to ensure disciplined testing planning, execution, and release readiness; establish enterprise-wide testing standards, governance, and controls; drive end-to-end testing across integration, user acceptance, regression, and non-functional testing; integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines; leverage AI-enabled insights to improve test design, scripting, defect triage, and risk analysis; build a high-performing global testing organization and ensure adherence to SDLC, regulatory requirements, and auditability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
