Sr. Manager, Testing & Cutover

Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role overseeing global testing for complex SAP S/4HANA releases and non-SAP ERP integrations. Builds and manages a cross-functional testing organization, defines testing standards and KPIs, integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and applies AI-enabled insights to improve test design, scripting, defect triage, risk identification, and release readiness. Responsible for end-to-end test planning across multiple workstreams, governance of test lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates with cutover, deployment, and business readiness to ensure successful go-live across global sites. Promotes automation, quality engineering, and continuous improvement across future ERP and IT transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in testing/validation/release/deployment in large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs
- Experience leading testing for SAP S/4HANA releases and non-SAP ERP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, test lifecycle management, defect management, and release governance
- Experience with Jira, QA/test management tools; Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/pytest/JUnit or similar test frameworks
- Familiarity with regulatory testing requirements (SOX, GxP) and validation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with AI-enabled testing, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices
- PMP, SAP, Agile, ISTQB certifications are a plus
- Travel up to 15–25% (domestic, limited international)
