Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for defining and leading the global testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA releases, non-SAP ERP implementations, and DevOps/CI-CD deployments across multiple countries. Drives end-to-end test planning and execution across integration, end-to-end, business simulation, system integration, user acceptance, regression, and non-functional testing; implements and scales test automation frameworks; leverages AI-enabled insights to improve test design, scripting, defect triage, risk identification, and KPI-based decision-making; ensures SDLC, validation, quality, and regulatory requirements compliance with complete documentation and auditable evidence; partners with cutover, deployment, and business readiness teams to ensure operational readiness and successful go-live; builds a high-performing global testing organization, standardizes best practices, and accelerates delivery in a highly regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
