Job Summary
Lead and oversee Oak Street Health's Telepsychiatry program across 230 centers with 15 psychiatric providers; refine and operationalize the enterprise telepsychiatry program; partner with Telepsych Medical Director to build provider engagement and performance strategy; develop and implement learning and engagement strategy for psychiatric providers; expand analysis and reporting related to utilization and integration of telepsychiatry; onboard centers new to BH to ensure effective integration; lead execution of Telepsych operational initiatives; establish work procedures aligning with organizational standards; collaborate with Behavioral Health leaders to improve integration and utilization; work cross-functionally with Central leaders (Data, Product, Managed Care Ops, Clinical Ops & Learning) to ensure design and implementation planning; accountable for BH metrics including integration and utilization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of applicable experience in healthcare / behavioral health / working with healthcare providers; or other similar fields
- 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
- Pleasantly persistent approach
- Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
- US work authorization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
