Job Summary
Senior Manager of Operations Excellence responsible for defining and executing enterprise-wide operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management strategies across integrations, tools, infrastructure and reporting platforms. Partners with leadership to drive platform transformation, drive cost optimization, ensure SOX-compliant operations, and deliver standardized reporting with dashboards and self-service analytics. Leads the Global Capability Center (GCC) setup and growth (e.g., Hyderabad) and ensures alignment with U.S. and Mexico-based teams, balancing centralized governance with product-centric delivery. Focus areas include governance models (RACI, KPI), financial transparency and forecasting, vendor optimization, cloud spend controls, and data-driven insights for executive decision-making. Requires 12+ years in relevant roles, strong governance experience, global-team management, and a Bachelor's degree; preferred experience in cloud financial management, enterprise reporting platforms, Agile/Scrum, and MBA.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in operations excellence, platform operations, or enterprise service delivery roles
- Strong experience leading enterprise technology platforms
- Proven success establishing governance frameworks and operating models at enterprise scale
- Experience managing global teams and/or Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
- Bachelor’s degree required
