Job Summary
Lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads and oversee delivery management for cross-functional programs and Technology Enablement initiatives. Serve as a key escalation point and thought partner to the Director, shaping how Technical Delivery operates at scale by building team capability and ensuring delivery consistency. Model AI-forward practices that define the organization's operational framework while fostering continuous learning and sustaining high-performing teams. Report to the Director of Technical Delivery within the Technical Delivery organization.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership capability to lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads
- Experience owning delivery management oversight for cross-functional programs
- Experience managing Technology Enablement initiatives
