Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Talent Management Analytics partners with Talent, HR, and business leaders to enable data-driven decision-making through analytics that shape organizational change. Develops scalable reporting and analytics capabilities, supports job architecture and descriptions, and leverages engagement surveys and performance tools to inform strategy. Builds cross-functional relationships with HR Partners and business leaders, acts as COE advisor to drive alignment on analytics, automates and enhances job infrastructure, and performs ad hoc analyses to inform Talent and HR leadership decisions. Requires advanced analytics expertise (Power BI, Power Query, Excel), experience in personnel analytics and job analysis concepts, and demonstrated ability to tell data stories that influence stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in I/O psychology or related field
- BS/MS in analytics, data science, and/or industrial/organizational psychology
- 5+ years of analytics experience
- Strong experience with analytics software and office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and reporting tools (Power BI, Power Query)
