Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role overseeing sustainability initiatives within Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Electrophysiology segment. Responsible for managing reprocessing opportunities, driving deal development and RFP responses, coaching a team of Sustainability Specialists, and cultivating strategic relationships with hospital stakeholders. Key responsibilities include achieving business objectives related to sales, gross profit, and pricing; leading initiatives to grow value at the GPO/IDN level; serving as a subject-matter expert on reprocessing; overseeing contract execution and procurement processes; and ensuring compliance with Health Care Compliance guidelines. Travel approximately 30% overnight as needed; position requires collaboration with field sales and account management teams and residency in the Eastern Time Zone.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (required)
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience in healthcare/medical device sales or account management
- Experience analyzing and tracking sales data with ability to take action
- Medical device industry experience required
- Required to obtain Reptrax and Vendormate credentials
- Role requires residence in the Eastern Time Zone to support business needs
