Job Summary
Senior-level management role overseeing the identification, assessment, and mitigation of global supply chain risks across direct supply chains. Leads the supplier risk management framework, governance of risk tools and metrics, and development of mitigation playbooks. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Operations) to ensure risk visibility, resilience, and continuity, including executive-ready dashboards and reports. Strong emphasis on leadership, risk governance, supplier performance, regulatory and geopolitical risk understanding, and strategic risk mitigation across global networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of meaningful experience in supply chain management, risk, or related operational leadership roles
- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience leading enterprise-level supply chain risk/resilience programs
- Strong ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop executive-ready materials
- Familiarity with regulatory, trade, ESG, sustainability risk factors affecting complex supply networks
- Certifications in supply chain/risk management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CRM, PMP) a plus
