Job Summary
Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations Finance leads the Supply Chain finance function with a focus on SIOP planning, sourcing savings validations, and inventory management; drives robust financial reporting and performance discussions with Operations and Business Unit leadership; partners to optimize inventory and cash, ensure US GAAP compliance, develop annual budgets and forecasts, and mentor a high-performing finance team. This role requires strong technical finance acumen, strategic partnership with Operations, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver cost and inventory optimization and actionable financial insights.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- MBA or CPA desired
- Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience with management experience
- Strong manufacturing operations knowledge and cross-functional partnership with Operations and supply chain leaders
- Experience delivering financial targets through SIOP, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory optimization
- Proficient in financial systems and analytics (HFM, SAP, Process Automation)
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment and drive continuous improvement
