Job Summary
Senior Procurement/Sourcing Manager to develop global category strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business value. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders across divisions to develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies that optimize spend, reduce risk, and support Thermo Fisher Scientific's mission; leading complex category management in a matrix environment; conducting supplier negotiations; implementing innovative solutions to achieve cost savings and operational excellence; managing KPIs such as savings, supplier rationalization, and risk management; and providing executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid to large multinational companies
- Professional certification (CPSM or equivalent) preferred
