Job Summary
Senior Manager, Inclusion, Opportunity, and Community leads the execution of Grainger’s enterprise IOC strategy, aligning priorities with company goals, enterprise initiatives, and evolving business needs while embedding an operational lens to drive scalable, measurable impact. The role owns and advances IOC practices, frameworks, standards, content, and solutions through cross-functional partnership with Human Resources and the business, establishing governance and success measures to prioritize IOC work and evaluate effectiveness. Requires leading teams, partnering with senior leaders, and leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive IOC strategy across the talent lifecycle and community impact efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required
- Master's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 7+ years leading enterprise-level IOC, inclusion, talent, organizational effectiveness, or related strategic Human Resources work required
- 3+ years people leadership experience leading teams and cross-functional IOC or enterprise initiatives required
