Job Summary
Partner with the executive team to shape strategic priorities, growth opportunities, and key business decisions. Lead the evaluation of sports and entertainment rights, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy from initial business case through negotiation. Build sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess partnerships, investments, and strategic alternatives. Monitor the competitive landscape, rights trends, and distribution economics to identify opportunities and inform company strategy. Develop executive-level recommendations, presentations, and dashboards that translate complex financial and market analysis into clear actions. Partner cross-functionally with Content, Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategic recommendations into executable commercial plans. Support corporate development, investment, and strategic transactions, including market assessment and due diligence. Apply AI and emerging analytical tools to accelerate research, financial analysis, and executive decision support.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, corporate development, partnerships, consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical and commercial environment
- Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to evaluate complex deal structures, investment opportunities, and business cases
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, unit economics, go-to-market strategy, and partnership economics
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations
- Ability to synthesize complex financial, market, customer, and competitive information into clear strategic recommendations
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior investment banking or consulting experience strongly preferred
- AI proficiency, with demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, modeling, and decision-making
- Experience in sports, media, streaming, entertainment, technology, content rights, distribution, or strategic partnerships preferred
