Job Summary
Senior Manager, Strategic Innovation & Business Development leads the ideation-to-execution lifecycle for enterprise-scale pilots, applying design thinking and AI-enabled research to surface high-value innovation opportunities, while managing budgets, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews and cross-functional research, developing and testing proofs of concept, partnering with internal teams and AI vendors, monitoring performance with real-time analytics, building investment cases for executive funding, and driving project management across digital and AI-enabled initiatives in healthcare. Requires 4+ years of project management experience in management/internal consulting, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical or Healthcare fields (advanced degrees preferred), strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a matrix environment. Travel ~20% and US work authorization required. Sponsorship is not available, and no corporate relocation package is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical or Healthcare Related field
- Minimum 4+ years of project management work experience within management consulting or internal consulting
- Experience supporting build and launch of high-impact innovation projects or products
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in matrix environments across functional and product development & commercial teams
- Exposure to enterprise AI enablement (e.g., adoption programs, training, responsible use standards, and data governance models)
- Track record of driving measurable business impact through digital or AI initiatives
