Sr. Manager, Strategic Innovation & Business Development

Senior Manager, Strategic Innovation & Business Development expected to accelerate enterprise growth through innovation, AI-enabled operating models, and advanced analytics. Lead design, testing, and launch of enterprise-wide pilots; conduct stakeholder interviews; apply design thinking and AI-enabled research methods; develop prioritization frameworks; partner with internal teams and external vendors to build pilots powered by modern digital capabilities; monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs; use rapid prototyping and A/B testing to validate value; build business cases for executive decisions; manage projects with budget and timelines; promote reusable playbooks and governance around responsible AI. Minimum 4+ years in project management within management/internal consulting; strong communication skills; travel ~20%; Education: Bachelor's in Business/Technical/Healthcare field; MBA preferred; Sponsorship not available; US work authorization required.
