Job Summary
Lead NBC Sports marketing initiatives for high-profile properties (Olympics, Paralympics, Sunday Night Football) and contribute to MLB on NBC and Peacock marketing. Responsible for day-to-day property leadership, cross-functional campaign management, and activation execution to drive awareness, subscriber growth, and viewership across streaming, linear, and digital platforms. Oversee budget for select properties, develop and present campaigns, manage agency partnerships through RFP processes, supervise direct reports, and travel as needed. The role requires collaboration across production, partnerships, social, sales, digital, and marketing teams, with a hybrid work arrangement in Stamford, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six (6+) years of professional experience in campaign development and execution
- Experience managing at least one direct report
- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
