Job Summary
Lead the Identity-focused Software Engineering organization for Audience & Measurement: oversee design, scalability, and performance of identity graph platforms that resolve and link user identities across devices and data sources; ensure ingestion, normalization, and processing of high-volume identity signals; drive best practices in system design, data engineering, and ML for Identity; partner with cross-functional teams to enable privacy-compliant identity platforms for targeting, data enrichment, and ad serving; manage budgets and lead the Software Development and Engineering team through new releases, maintaining high performance and availability during tentpole events; emphasize customer-centric value, collaboration, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of experience in software engineering/leadership roles
- Experience overseeing design, scalability, and performance of identity-related platforms
- Ability to manage budgets and drive results
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Privacy)
- Leadership of software development teams and delivery of new software releases
- Experience with identity data assets, targeting, graph-based data platforms
- Familiarity with privacy-compliant application-level functionality
- Strong understanding of performance, availability, and scalable systems
