Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager to lead two or more engineering teams through modernization, cloud transformation, and growth initiatives. Partner with product, architecture, and business leaders to define roadmaps, scale engineering practices, and accelerate innovation. Responsible for delivery excellence, operational stability, and tailoring staffing and budgets to meet SLAs. Role emphasizes building and mentoring high-performing teams, applying DevOps principles, maturing the Agile software development lifecycle, and ensuring security and disaster recovery considerations are integrated into product engineering components.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Three or more years of experience managing development teams
- Experience with Full Stack development
- Technologies: Java, Spring, AWS Cloud
- Experience with cloud technologies, VMware or similar
- Experience with open source frameworks and tools
- Proven experience with Agile and DevOps software development philosophies, methodologies, practices
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups and deliver results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
- Proven leadership experience in leading DevOps teams
