Job Summary
Lead a team of Retail Store Managers to drive customer penetration and market growth in Small Market Rural Areas (SMRA). Conduct frequent market visits and operational audits to ensure stores are staffed, trained, and compliant, while collaborating cross-functionally with Field Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to evaluate coverage and resource investments. Prioritize company-wide goals by translating regional insights into enterprise-level strategies that enhance profitability and strengthen the T-Mobile brand presence in rural territories. Mentor high-performing managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and support tactical execution across multiple retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Degree in business or related study or 4–7 years of equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years Leading and managing multi-unit retail operations, preferably in rural or small market areas
- 2-4 years Hire, recruit, onboard, train, and drive performance in an environment grounded in trust and mutual respect
- 2-4 years Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence
- Leadership Ability to lead and inspire a team of Retail Store Managers, fostering a culture of success and growth in rural markets
- Change Management Skilled in implementing and managing change across multiple retail locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Sales Management Expertise in driving sales performance and market penetration in rural territories through strategic planning and team leadership
- Strategic Thinking Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that enhance market share and brand presence in rural areas
- Business Acumen Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to make sound business decisions that drive company objectives
- Customer Focus Commitment to understanding and fulfilling the needs of customers in Small Market Rural Areas, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Team Management Proficiency in managing, developing, and supporting a team spread across various rural locations, ensuring operational excellence
