Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Service responsible for delivering operational excellence in the designated area, overseeing field operations, customer relationship management, team performance, and compliance with service standards; drives continuous improvement and business growth. Key duties include managing the Service & Service Sales team, ensuring safety and quality, planning manpower and maintenance systems, achieving zero callbacks and incidents, driving service commercial parameters, managing customer interfaces, forecasting, reporting, inventory considerations, and fostering employee engagement and safety culture. Required: engineering diploma/BE and extensive service/field ops experience in elevator domain; strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.E/Diploma in Engineering
- 8-15 years of relevant experience
- preferably elevator background with operational experience in Service & Field operations
