Job Summary
Sr. Manager of Service Delivery responsible for ensuring high-quality technology delivery, driving KPI reporting across verticals, and coordinating between vendor partners, internal teams, and customers. Leads a small service delivery team, manages incidents and governance with managed service providers, and collaborates with account executives to implement action plans when targets aren’t met. Focuses on transparency, efficiency, cost management (OPEX/CAPEX budgeting), and alignment with security standards (including PII, PCI, HIPAA). Plays a central role in contract management, vendor accountability, and driving improvements in incident, change, and problem management processes while maintaining strong communication with end users and business units. Demonstrates leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of delivering IT solutions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
- 5 years Infrastructure Technology
- 3 years in corporate setting
- 2 years managing projects
- Strong project management abilities
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Proficient in multi-tasking
- Understanding of development and project management processes and methodologies
- Understand industry trends and successful strategies and product roadmaps
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
