Job Summary
Lead the Company's SEC reporting process, including the preparation, distribution, and filing of 10-Q quarterly and 10-K annual requirements. Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, manage monthly stock-based compensation accounting, and oversee internal controls supporting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Provide GAAP interpretations, document accounting issues via memos, and monitor peer group filings for industry trends. Coordinate external audit procedures and communicate with the Audit Committee on significant items. Manage implementation of new accounting pronouncements such as ASC 606. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with a CPA (active preferred); 6-8+ years of experience including public accounting. Salary range $180,000-$200,000. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA (active preferred)
- 6-8+ years of experience including a combination of public accounting experience preferably at a Big 4 Firm and responsibility for managing an SEC reporting function
- Accounting and reporting research experience including competency to interpret and implement accounting guidance as it relates to the Company's business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment

- Strong multi-tasking skills; must manage responsibilities under strict deadlines
- Experience with Workiva and Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience in the Technology/SaaS industry
