Job Summary
Senior Manager, Search Engine Marketing responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PPC strategies for retail products to drive sales and revenue growth. Manages and optimizes search and shopping campaigns and product feeds across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and app campaigns across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads. Uses Adobe Analytics and other tools to track performance and report to senior leadership; partners with Marketing to align campaigns with retail moments; mentors junior PPC team members; collaborates with Creative, Development, and E-commerce teams to optimize landing pages and ad copy for conversion using A/B testing and CRO best practices; develops and manages PPC budgets to maintain profitability; drives ongoing optimization and innovation; fosters a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
