Job Summary
Sr. Manager, SEA NA based in Singapore leads regional people strategy for DePuy Synthes within Johnson & Johnson. Partners with cross-functional teams to drive regional business operations, strategy execution, and organizational effectiveness across SEA and North Asia markets. Analyzes business performance, supports planning/forecasting and performance management, ensures governance and internal controls, and supports transformation/change initiatives. Prepares executive-level reports and insights for senior leadership, and promotes Credo values. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience; travel up to 20-30% regionally. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project-management skills; experience in HR partnership, healthcare/regulated industries, and matrixed organizations preferred. Languages: English required; additional Asian languages preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in business management, operations, strategy, or regional roles
